What is an SPV?
A special purpose vehicle is a legal entity formed for a specific investment. If a future opportunity is made available through an SPV, participating investors would subscribe through that vehicle, subject to the applicable eligibility requirements, governing documents, risks, fees, and transaction terms.
Not every future opportunity would necessarily use an SPV.
